We want you to feel confident trying Hey Motek. If you're not satisfied with your first subscription, you can request a full refund of your base plan fee within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
What's Eligible for Refund
- Base subscription fee — your Standard or BYO WhatsApp monthly or yearly plan payment
What's Not Eligible for Refund
- Message fair-use overages — any additional charges for messages sent or received beyond the plan's included allowance
- Any other usage-based fees — charges incurred for services already delivered
- Third-party costs — fees charged by advertising platforms, WhatsApp providers, or other third parties as part of your use of the Service
These charges represent costs for services already consumed and cannot be reversed.
Eligibility Conditions
- The refund must be requested within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only
- It does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or plan downgrades
- Custom or enterprise agreements have refund terms as specified in the signed agreement
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your account email address. No reason required — we'll process your request promptly.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method
- Your account will be deactivated once the refund is processed
- WhatsApp tracking numbers provisioned by us will be released. BYO WhatsApp numbers remain yours and are unaffected.
- Any pending offline conversion uploads to Google Ads and Meta will cease
- Your data (lead records, click events, settings) will be retained for 12 months after account closure, during which you may request an export. After this period, data will be deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, refunds are no longer available. You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- Yearly subscriptions — you retain access until the end of your paid annual term
No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
